WHO WE ARE
The purpose of Imbila, a non-profit publishing company founded in Zambia in April 2023, is to publish gospel-centered, Scripture-based content and provide affordable and easily accessible Christian books and ministry resources for the African church. The company aims to advance the gospel across Africa through healthy, reproducing Christians who are part of healthy, reproducing churches. Imbila believes that publishing is a means of God’s grace being proclaimed to bring people to faith in Jesus Christ and help believers in Africa grow in their knowledge, understanding, and obedience to the Scripture, ultimately bringing themselves under the lordship of Christ to the glory of God throughout eternity. Any financial surplus earned by the company will be used to train pastors and other gospel workers studying at Central Africa Baptist University and will not benefit any individual.
