Information about ordering and shipping
Yes. We deliver countrywide and, where available, to select international locations.
Delivery timelines vary by location and courier. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an update with tracking (where available).
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. Contact us immediately at info@imbilapublishers.com with your order number.
Please notify us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item(s). We'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
