Imbila Publishers ("we," "us," "our") provides Christian publishing, printing, distribution, training/seminars, and resource sales.

• upload harmful code or engage in fraudulent activity
• infringe on our intellectual property or the rights of others

We may restrict access if we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
• You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery details.

Delivery options, costs, and estimates are provided at checkout. Delays may occur due to courier issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy (linked on our site). By purchasing, you agree to that policy.

All website content (text, graphics, logos, designs), and Imbila Publishers titles are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or adapt our content or publications without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Requests to reprint, translate, photocopy, adapt, distribute excerpts, or otherwise reuse Imbila-published material must be submitted through our Permission Request process. Permission is granted only when confirmed in writing.

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, or other materials:

• you confirm you have the right to share it, and
• you grant us permission to display it for marketing and site operations (unless you request removal).

We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.

Our site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

We provide products and services "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imbila Publishers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or purchase of products/services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Zambia, unless otherwise required by law.
